a daily breath...

A thought du jour, my daily breath includes collected and conceived observations, questions of life, fortune cookie philosophies, reminders, messages of peace and simplicity, unsolicited advice, inspirations, quotes and words that got me thinking. They may get you thinking too . . .

I'm like a pencil;
sometimes sharp,
most days
well-rounded,
other times
dull or
occasionally
broken.
Still I write.

truth
takes a feeling
truth
has a taste
truth
makes a sound
truth
comes with faith

Conscious or
unconscious thought.
     Dreams
                     or reality?
There are lessons
                on each side
                of the eyelid.

Opening
                    your eyes
may soothe or
            stifle thoughts
you have held, or
                        lessons
you have learned.

Eyes closed
                  or opened,
what were you
                    thinking?
What did you learn
            by
                 dreaming?

Concentration
 is not  focus
as much as
          it is freedom
