a daily breath...

A thought du jour, my daily breath includes collected and conceived observations, questions of life, fortune cookie philosophies, reminders, messages of peace and simplicity, unsolicited advice, inspirations, quotes and words that got me thinking. They may get you thinking too . . .

I'm like a pencil;
sometimes sharp,
most days
other times
dull or
Still I write.

I change, or evolve, and
sometimes bounce back
I struggle, too many times,
to maintain my path
Yet, I’m pretty much the same,
from what I can see
And I can only expect
me to be me

Attempt today
what you were unable
to do yesterday.
We all have those things
we could not complete,
or begin, in
the previous days,
years, or lifetimes.
Circumstance, emotions,
or attitude may have
held you back, or
prevented you from
seeing the possibilities,
Life, today, might
seem different; take a
look at what is there, or
find a little more clarity
in what you started.
Try to discover what is
holding you back.
You may not be able
to complete what you
started, but there is
no reason for not
taking another look.
