Affirmations, instructions, mantras, commands, lines of questionable wisdom and reminders, over and over, I keep writing.
After a while it seems, at times, I may say the same things again and again, as if trying to convince myself. Sometimes it sounds like nagging, and still I repeat the same themes.
Repetition is a reminder.
Repetition ensures you will remember.
Repetition is required
It’s like your breath; you can’t only do it only once. You must continually, day in and day out, fill your lungs with oxygen and fill your head with ideas to help sustain yourself in this everyday life.
You need to write down your plans, your thoughts, and your dreams, as if you need to see it to believe it.
We all need to see, and we all need to believe for your self, for your soul, for your sanity.

What is so important
that you do it again and again,
continuously?
Over and over, on and on,
you continue because it is
important.
You do it because you
believe in the project, in the
person, in the cause, and
in yourself.
It matters. You matter.
Keep doing it;
it’s that important.
