a daily breath...

A thought du jour, my daily breath includes collected and conceived observations, questions of life, fortune cookie philosophies, reminders, messages of peace and simplicity, unsolicited advice, inspirations, quotes and words that got me thinking. They may get you thinking too . . .

I'm like a pencil;
sometimes sharp,
most days
well-rounded,
other times
dull or
occasionally
broken.
Still I write.

Your Anger
Posted on March 1, 2018 by j.g.lewisLeave a comment

What will you do
with your anger?
Will you continue to hold it inside?
It is there, it sits.
It consumes you, eating away
at all that you know,
questioning your motives, and
where you call home.
I feel it. You,
in the moment,
a broken shell. I see your aches
and pains, and it hurts like hell.
You live with it.
How sad.
