a daily breath...

A thought du jour, my daily breath includes collected and conceived observations, questions of life, fortune cookie philosophies, reminders, messages of peace and simplicity, unsolicited advice, inspirations, quotes and words that got me thinking. They may get you thinking too . . .

I'm like a pencil;
sometimes sharp,
most days
other times
dull or
Still I write.

They may feel more comfortable
and familiar at night. By nature,
dreams provide many a good
reason to return to bed, but why
let them lay latent on the pillow?

A culmination of images, ideas,
and emotions, a dream is the
involuntary sensation of the
unconscious mind. Dreams allow
you to be anywhere, accomplish
anything, and they are available
to anyone.

A dream can inspire. Dreams
need not be what you hear and
see only while you sleep.

Shake off the slumber. Banish
excuses. Rise up, expose your
thoughts to the sunlight, and,
with an open mind, take your
dreams into the day.

You’ve dreamed them, now
do them.
