It is the perception of a lifetime. Even as they fold and wither, as the stem bends under the weight of their beauty, the colours lose their vibrancy, and petals fall with time, flowers remain a miracle. We could learn a lot from flowers.
I question my self as much as others. I look for solutions as much as response. I am curious. And I, without a doubt, without question and common sense, still rely on answers I will not fully comprehend. This directly leads to further inquiry and a lot more questions. It’s more than curiosity.
How many mass shootings will it take for people to begin answering the questions they so freely ask? It is not enough to simply ask. Every answer is important if it creates a discussion that leads to a future solution. Until then, it is only words.
Why are we moving so quickly? Why is everything always a blur? Why does it feel like things never get done? Today, take a little break from all your perceived responsibilities. Do half of the things you think you should, and less of things you normally would. And do them slowly Let time seep into the cracks. This is the weekend damn it, you need time for your self. Slow it down. Life doesn’t have to move quite so quickly. Enjoy the pace. Avoid the race.
