Month: January 2020
The things we do, every day,
impact on how we function
in our own way. Where we go,
how we get there, by train
or car, like the more or less
moments that become
who we are.
Habits are formed
without us being aware; the
things we do, here or there.
They just get done; it is
what we do. We practice
or promise, we try anyway,
to do something meaningful
or productive,
every damn day.
If seven days is too few,
and 21 is a myth, how long
does it take for
a habit to stick?
What it comes down to
is how you prepare. Do you
keep moving forward,
or do you stop,
do you dare?

initiative, or work of creativity.
You can prepare, yes, or you
can contribute and plan, but
the concept takes shape when
you least expect it.
The form is realized, at times,
after you thought it no longer
possible, when all options had
been attempted, and you had
lost hope.
And then it appears, as if on
its own. Without consideration
for the hours of thought and
sweat, it arrives.
It appears that easy. Only you
know how hard it can be.
Or, how hard it was.

Each of us has a purpose, desires,
skills, thoughts and beliefs. We all
breathe, and we all bleed, yet our
concerns will vary, as will our needs.
Many of us are quiet, while some of
us loud, but we can all be ourselves
and still be a part of the crowd.
