life notes; flaws and all

a daily breath...

A thought du jour, my daily breath includes collected and conceived observations, questions of life, fortune cookie philosophies, reminders, messages of peace and simplicity, unsolicited advice, inspirations, quotes and words that got me thinking. They may get you thinking too . . .

I'm like a pencil;
sometimes sharp,
most days
well-rounded,
other times
dull or
occasionally
broken.
Still I write.

the time

I try not to pay attention
to the time. I realize you
simply can’t ignore facts
or pretend reality does
not exist, but I’ll attempt
to overlook my difficulties
for as long as I can.

Who?

A day never goes by without judgment.

    Honestly.

                 Responsibility denied,

                 so who is to blame?

No matter.
No reason.
No accountability, no name,

                 who is to say?

             How are you to know?

Self-doubt.
Self-sufficient

       or selfish.

Any way you look at it.

                       It’s him.

Apathy or fear?

    Look in the mirror.

    Look deeper.

What do you doubt?    Who?
