Negotiation

You truly learn about your behaviours once they are altered.
   You think more abut your behaviours as you alter them.
   Mindset, for a period, is a negotiation. Negotiation is a behaviour.
   Once you cease negotiating, you are better able to feel how your behaviours impact everything around you.
   Be gentle with yourself as you struggle to find your place.
